| Ahlan Wa Sahlan. Not much up with me. Halloween was fun, as can be told by the picture. Word of advice though, don't use Green food coloring in Halloween Costumes. Took 3 days to come out. Good thing I woork the Graveyard shift at work (I'm also the night supervisor). Just finished Intermediate Arabic II with a B+. I had plans to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain with a friend, and the teacher decided that we would meet at 10:00 AM for the final, vice 8:30 AM like class was suppose to start. So I was in a hurry to get it done and get out of there. I guess (haven't seen the results yet) I must have gotten a B on the final. It only took me 30 minutes to complete. Works the same, Middle of the night (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), nobody around, good time to catch up on Homework. Bonus is, every day is an off day for me. So I do alot of things with my daytime working friends. Anyway, hadn't made an entry in quite some time, so I thought I'd Say What's Up to anyone who still pays attention to this site. | Woo Hoo!!! Three weeks off until Summa Term. I'm takin' it EZ 4 Summa... Only one class... Arabic II. Okay, so it ain't really EZ, but it is only one class. Less than a week 'til I'm in Florida. | SoCal is Great. My Job is so much more lax than in Japan. It's almost like I'm on a permanent vacation. The stress in my life comes from School, more correctly my minor course of study. I'm attending San Diego State University Majoring in Linguistics, however my Minor is in Arabic and Islamic studies. Hence my difficulty... I think my Arabic 101 class is half the size that it was at the beginning of class. Choke people have dropped throughout the semester. Spring Break was last week, so that was a welcome break, but Monday, class starts up again, so I'm eager or not so eager to see how I did on my Arabic midterm. Next Tuesday I have my 2nd Tri-Term in LING 420, so hopefully that goes well. Other than that life is good. Hope everyone that reads this is well as well. So Long from SoCal... | | |
